Terms of Service
Solutions of Today provides a free AI audit, paid setup and training sessions, custom automation builds, and hosted prebuilt tools. These terms cover what each is, what you are paying for, and what we are responsible for.
The free audit
The audit produces AI-generated recommendations based on your answers. It is informational. Estimates of time or money saved are projections from your own inputs, not guarantees.
Setup and training sessions
Setup tiers are one-time flat fees for a live session in which we configure third-party AI tools and train you on them. The fee covers our preparation and the session. Subscription costs of the third-party tools themselves are separate and are shown in your audit results before you book.
If a session does not deliver what its tier describes, email within 14 days and we will make it right, up to and including a refund.
Custom builds
The $45 deposit reserves a scoping review and written proposal. If we accept the build, the deposit is credited in full to the final quoted balance. If the request falls outside our capabilities or scope, the deposit is returned to the original payment method. Build pricing is quoted in writing before any work beyond scoping begins, and no further payment is owed until you accept the quote.
Work we build for you belongs to you on final payment. We retain the right to reuse general techniques and non-identifying patterns.
Prebuilt tools
Prebuilt tools are hosted services billed monthly. Cancel any time and billing stops at the end of the current period. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Each tool describes what data it accesses before you connect it, and you are responsible for having the right to connect that data.
Your responsibilities
- Review AI output before acting on it, especially where money, contracts, customers, or people are involved.
- Comply with the terms of any third-party tool we set up for you.
- Do not connect confidential or regulated data to tools not approved for it in your industry.
- Keep your own logins and backups.
Our limitations
Nothing here is legal, financial, medical, or tax advice. AI tools make mistakes and can produce confident output that is wrong. Every service and tool assumes a human reviews the output before it is used. We do not guarantee specific results, time savings, or revenue outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solutions of Today is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from these services. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
Termination
You may stop using any service at any time. We may decline or end an engagement, with a refund of any unearned fees, if the work falls outside our scope or these terms are breached.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
Changes
If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes with it. Changes do not apply retroactively to services already purchased.
