Getting started
Start with the free AI audit. It is five minutes, no card required. You answer a few questions about your business and we return a hand-picked list of vetted AI tools that fit your specific situation, with an estimate of how much time each one could save you per week. From there, you can use the recommendations on your own, book a discovery call to talk through them, or hire us for setup.
ChatGPT is one tool. There are now hundreds of AI tools, each better suited to specific tasks (scheduling, customer support, content creation, accounting, sales follow-up, and so on). Picking the right combination for your workflow is the hard part. We do that picking for you, and we set them up so they actually integrate with the systems you already use.
Put another way: ChatGPT is a hammer. We help you build a toolbox.
No. Our entire job is to make this approachable. The audit asks you about your business, not your AI knowledge. The setup sessions are walk-throughs in plain English. If you can use email and a smartphone, you can use the tools we set up.
Pricing and refunds
Custom builds start at $1,000 and typically range from $1,000 to $5,000 depending on scope. The $100 deposit covers initial scoping and is fully credited toward your final build total. After you submit a custom build request, you receive a tailored proposal within 24 hours with the exact cost for your project. You decide whether to move forward before any further charges.
Yes. If you need to cancel before we have started preparation work, email us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session and we will refund your setup fee in full. Once preparation work has begun (research into your tools, drafting your custom plan), the fee is non-refundable but we will work with you to reschedule.
This is the most important question and we take it seriously. If you complete a setup session and the recommended tools genuinely do not save you the time we estimated within 14 days of use, reach out to us. We will either set up alternative tools at no additional charge, or refund your setup fee. Our goal is your business getting better, not just our invoice clearing.

Our $97 discovery call covers the time we spend preparing for and conducting your call. It also ensures every conversation we take is with someone genuinely evaluating their AI strategy, so we can give every call the attention it deserves. The fee is one-time and not credited to other purchases.
If you would rather not pay for a call, the free audit gives you the same kind of personalized recommendations in a self-serve format.
Privacy, security, and trust
Yes, gladly. For custom builds and setup sessions where we will be looking at proprietary processes, we are happy to sign a mutual NDA before we begin. Email builds@solutionsoftoday.com with your preferred NDA template, or we can provide a standard one for your review.
Your audit answers are stored only as long as needed to send you results, and they are never sold or shared with third parties. For setup sessions and custom builds, we configure tools to use your accounts, not ours, so your customer data stays in your systems.
For tools that process customer data (like AI chatbots or email automations), we will walk you through the relevant privacy and security settings during setup so you understand exactly what is being shared with which vendors.
No. During a setup session, we either work alongside you on screenshare so you enter credentials yourself, or you provide temporary access that you revoke immediately after we are done. We never request or store your passwords.

We do not work in regulated industries that require specialized compliance (healthcare with PHI, legal with privileged communications, financial advisory with FINRA). For those, please consult a domain-specific consultant.
Most custom builds take 2 to 4 weeks from approved scope to delivered automation. Smaller scopes can ship in under a week. Larger or more integrated projects may take 6 to 8 weeks. After your custom build request is submitted, the proposal you receive within 24 hours includes a specific timeline for your project.
Yes. Setup sessions and discovery calls happen over Zoom, so location does not matter. For payments, we accept all major credit cards via Stripe and currency conversion happens automatically. The only thing to coordinate is time zones, which we handle when scheduling.
