The free audit

Is it really free?

Yes. No card, no account, no trial that converts. It exists so you can find out whether anything here is worth paying for before you spend a dollar.

Will it just recommend your own services?

No. It recommends third-party AI tools that fit your workflow, including free ones. Where a Setup session or a prebuilt tool genuinely fits, it says so and explains why. Where nothing fits, it says that instead.

What do I get?

A personalized dashboard on screen in about fifteen seconds: recommended tools, estimated hours saved per week, monthly cost of each, and a PDF you can download. We also email you a copy.

Will I get sales emails afterward?

One email with your results. Your address is never sold or shared. See the privacy policy.

Setup and training

What actually happens in a Setup session?

A live screen-share call. We create the accounts for the tools your audit recommended, connect them to how you already work, and train you on them until you can run them alone. You leave with a summary email listing every login, setting, and next step.

Which tier do I need?

The audit tells you. One or two recommended tools is Starter. Three or more is Full. If you want every team member trained with written guides in your own workflows, that is Premium.

Do I need a paid AI account?

Usually, for at least one of the tools. Many have a free tier that covers a small business. Tool subscription costs are separate from the setup fee and are shown in your audit results before you book.

What if we get stuck afterward?

Email with the tool name and where you are stuck. Follow-up help on anything we set up is included.

Custom builds

What is the $45 deposit for?

It reserves a scoping review. You fill out a short form describing what you want built, and we come back with a written answer, a quote, and a timeline. If we take the build, the $45 comes off the final balance. If it is outside what we can do, the $45 goes back to your payment method.

What do builds cost?

Most run $1,000 to $5,000 depending on scope. You get the quote before committing to anything beyond the deposit.

Prebuilt tools

What are they?

Hosted AI tools built for problems every small business already has: missed calls, unanswered reviews, an overflowing inbox, slow quotes, and a website that goes silent after 5pm. Monthly, cancel any time, no setup call required.

Do I need a Setup session to use them?

No. They work on their own. Book Setup if you want them wired deeper into your business or want someone to walk your team through them.

Money

Is anything a subscription?

Only the prebuilt tools, and those are month to month. The audit is free. Setup tiers are one-time flat fees. Custom builds are quoted once.

Refunds?

If a Setup session does not deliver what the tier describes, email within 14 days and we make it right. Prebuilt tools can be cancelled any time. The custom build deposit is refunded if we decline the work.
