Privacy Policy
Plain English version: we collect what we need to run your audit, deliver a service you booked, or operate a tool you subscribed to. Nothing else, and we do not sell any of it.
What we collect
- Audit answers. Your responses about your business, tools, and workflow, plus your first name and email address.
- Booking and purchase information. Your name, email, business name, and order details. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us.
- Custom build requests. Whatever you write in the scoping form.
- Prebuilt tool data. Only what a tool needs to do its job, such as the reviews it replies to or the calls it texts back. Each tool describes exactly what it touches before you connect it.
- Basic site analytics. Aggregate page counts through our hosting provider. No cross-site tracking, no advertising pixels.
- Local browser storage. Your light or dark theme preference. It never reaches our servers.
How we use it
- To generate your audit recommendations and email you a copy.
- To prepare for and deliver a Setup session or custom build you booked.
- To operate a prebuilt tool you subscribed to.
- To answer you when you email us.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
- We do not add you to a marketing list without you asking.
- We do not run advertising trackers.
- We do not use your audit answers, business data, or tool data to train any AI model.
Who handles your data
- Cloudflare for hosting.
- Anthropic to generate audit recommendations. Answers sent to the Claude API are not used for model training.
- Stripe for payments, under its own privacy policy.
- An email provider to send results, receipts, and summaries.
- Third-party AI tools we set up for you run under their own policies. We tell you which ones before we connect anything.
Data retention
Audit submissions are kept so we can resend your results. Booking records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Prebuilt tool data is deleted when you cancel. Ask us to delete anything else and we will.
Your rights
Ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@solutionsoftoday.com and we act within 30 days. No reason required.
Children
This site is for business owners and operators. It is not directed at anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it and existing customers are emailed.
